In a short telephone conversation we will then tell you about the tasks, projects and the company in detail. We then invite you to our office. Our team (about 15 colleagues) is comprised of mathematicians, computer scientists and industrial engineers of all ages and career levels and diverse nationalities. We speak English with some of our customers and also with each other. We share a passion for data and the desire to be a partner on par with our customers. We often see ourselves as an external part of the team. Care, accuracy and a pronounced understanding of service are our values.


Office Location and Benefits
A bright loft-like office awaits you. With a maximum of two colleagues in a well-equipped room, you will have optimum working conditions for daily exchange and creative work. On a very spacious roof terrace we retreat in fine weather for work or meetings. We take our breaks together here and our boss barbecues regularly for the whole team. The office is easily accessible via the city train, tram and bus. We subsidize a public transport ticket. We have a parking lot for car drivers. In addition, there are many small things that make it easier for us to work together with pleasure.


Team and Culture
Regular team-building events combine getting to know each other and growing together with personal and professional development. For example, we regularly use a long weekend in March for skiing. At our summer and Christmas parties we simply have a lot of fun together. We often end our work day relaxed on our terrace – also as an opportunity to reflect on project work together.


Qualification and Further Development
We learn from each other in our projects, because we are all specialists in what we do. Always curious to learn how others would approach a topic, we achieve a steep learning curve for each and every one of us. At external seminars we regularly obtain new technical factual knowledge and allow ourselves to be further stimulated. Lifelong learning is a must.
