With our consulting, we create the basis on which you can make the right decisions more quickly and can act proactively – that is what “Business Elegance” means. We start with a “Proof of Concept” (PoC) and along with our clients, we clarify:

This first project phase forms the basis for the further project plan as well as for the determination of a fixed price. The costs for the PoC will be charged with the total costs. On request we take over the complete project control.
